As a licensed counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor, Sue works with individuals and couples to help them enhance their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. They can learn to more effectively manage stress, reduce anxiety and depression and free themselves of unresolved issues that block their energies from flowing freely. Sue uses Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology, EMDR, and meditation along with traditional counseling methods to facilitate people toward living life full and well.
