Yvonne is a Tai Chi Instructor and an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner in the Chicagoland area. She teaches classes in both of those wellness areas and also works with people one-on-one to help individuals strengthen and balance their bodies. She continues active training saying, “The energy is always changing both in people and in communities. My job is to follow that energy and keep it open and flowing smoothly, so people feel great.
