Eden Energy Medicine is a type of energy kinesiology, which is a practice of asking the body what it needs in order to come back into balance. Is there an emotion “stuck” in the body that needs to be processed? Is there a food or allergen that it’s having trouble dealing with? I love working in this way because I don’t need to have all the answers or just make an educated guess about the right treatment for a client—I can just ask their body. One of my biggest strengths is that I tend to be pretty grounded, especially for an energy worker.
